Go to Market Specialist

Location: The Speechmark, Southwark, London (*Blended working)

Salary: Competitive + Excellent benefits

What will you be doing?

As a key member of the Go To Market team you will sit at the beating heart of the Consumer organisation, driving change and delivering innovation. You will be responsible for the launch & first 90 days performance of Consumer propositions & device launches aligned to the Playbook planning process. Working closely with the Mobile and Fixed marketing teams as well as the wider business, you will assist in shaping and delivering a diverse range of initiatives that will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK’s performance.

These initiatives will have an impact across a number of business functional areas such as technology, brand, customer operations, channel marketing, product management, regulatory & compliance, assisted channels and digital.

The Go To Market Specialist prime responsibility is to work with the cross functional team to drive the best customer experience and commercial performance. Your ability to motivate people and work cross functionally across teams to deliver is essential.

Who are we looking for? 

• A background in either Go to market, business change or project management
• Experience of managing teams cross-functionally or in a matrix environment
• Experience directing and motivating project teams
• Commercial understanding/acumen of business KPI’s
