Global Process Expert (GPE) B2B Clearing 
London

The Global Process Expert B2B Clearing will manage Financial Clearing House projects and work with various stakeholders (mainly Local Markets and _VOIS) to deliver the FCH project roadmap whilst driving standardisation, continuous process improvement and efficiency.

The Global Process Expert B2B Clearing will further build strong relationships with these stakeholders and contribute to a Community of Practice to establish operational governance and promote collaboration across different functions.

Additionally, the Global Process Expert B2B Clearing will be responsible to assess demands from various functions and will create specifications for systems and process changes and will manage delivery of the same through the FCH demand management process, test software changes and collaborate with IT and other internal customers to resolve issues.

You will

• Delivery of agreed Roadmap items and other projects
• Partner with internal customers to analyse demands and requirements
• Create impact assessments and turn them into system or process change requests whilst driving standardisation and automation
• Testing of software changes and resolution of issues in collaboration with IT
• Contribute to Community of Practice 
• Build strong customer relationships
• Drive standardisation, automation
• Drive operational governance and process excellence
• Ensure correct accounting and compliance with applicable controls and policies

You must have

• Proven track record of project management experience and methodologies
• Experience of working within the Telco industry
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and concepts
• Financial / Accounting Systems experience
• Experience in software projects: Solution design and delivery
• Experience of process design & transformation projects
• Ability to transform and simplify complex information
• Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation) to summarise and explain complex issues to a variety of audiences. Able to work in a virtual environment in a multi-national environment
• Relationship building. The capacity to partner and establish strong relationships across multiple, cultures, functions and locations
• Analysis/critical thinking. Able to structure analysis, asking the right questions and focusing on the right data to generate genuine insight on which to build plans
• Self-motivated to provide timely and good quality services for stakeholders’ ad-hoc requests whilst managing priorities to ensure the completion of other longer-term deliverables.
