Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Schedule Monthly Induction days Globally

·       Manage/maintain the global list of SME contributors for each country reflecting org changes accordingly

·       Ensure each session has appropriate facilitators assigned with adequate notice for SMEs

·       Facilitate the upskilling process for SME to ensure they are familiar with content and prepared for their presentations

·       Co-ordinate the quarterly review of Induction content and provide version control for centrally housed documentation

·       Monitor new hire starts globally and track attendance at Induction sessions

·       Monitor completion of Onboarding playlists (once created) and provide completion insights globally

·       Work with EAs locally as appropriate to co-ordinate onboarding plans

·       Link in with L&D, Talent Management & Global Onboarding team to align to CBRE wide plans (as appropriate)

·       Ensure all Onboarding activities are recorded and tracked in the Talent Coach system

Person Specification/Requirements

·       Experience of coordinating new joiner onboarding processes

·       Experience operating in a global or multi-location role

·       Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

·       Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an effective style of communication and collaboration, both verbally and in writing.

·       Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required

·       A team player who is adaptable to new circumstances and comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.

·       A positive, proactive approach and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.

·       MS Office skills (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

·      Experience with Learning and Development content creation an advantage
