Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational health, public environmental or health, safety science, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Occupational Health program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience as a People Manager.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with operational effectiveness/innovation and of working with diverse teams and matrix business relationships.
• Health Management experience working at a global multi-national company.
• Occupational health, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomic expertise.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using a data informed approach, and ability to create Key Performance Indicators for program monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the Global Strategy, Roadmap, Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidance as related to Employee Health protection and Health Management programs.
• Partner in organizing effective systems, processes, and services for effective delivery of occupational health care.
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve employee health management programs and create solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver of health management programs and engagement campaigns.
• Develop analytics and reports based on metrics gathered from injury and illness data to help identify preventive measures.
