Our Global Mobility programmes are anticipated to continue to grow to approximately 100 participants across all locations. Responding to the growth of the business internationally, the strategic focus to create international career opportunities for our top talent and the increasing complexity of the Global Mobility landscape, we have an ongoing need for strong internal capability in this area.

This role is critical in ensuring key activities are completed to a high standard for our international assignees, ensuring data accuracy, HR activities and compliance are met throughout the assignment lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all compliance actions for the assignment life cycle are met including shadow payroll processing and management of business traveller processes, advice and compliance
• Manage each assignment end to end and be the key contact for all assignees throughout their assignment life cycle, providing technical advice where required
• Lead key operational deliverables of the assignment life cycle actions within agreed SLA and with data accuracy
• Analyse mobility reports and data for key stakeholders
• Coordinate all mobility vendors to deliver services for our assignees in a timely and effective way
• Become an expert on the GM policy to answer all policy queries for the business and assignees
• Handle exceptions to policy with key stakeholders for sign off and implementation
• Manage assignment cost with key stakeholders business HR, finance and line managers
• Develop a network and build relationships with other stakeholders that interact with GM across the Group
• To continuously improve the processes of mobility and develop the mobility program to provide the best experience for all assignees and compliance risk management for Sky

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of expatriate tax compliance and ability to oversee external service suppliers ensuring processes and controls are in place to deliver global compliance, possibly having worked in an Expat Tax Consulting firm
• A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a desire to help the whole team be successful
• Attention to detail, very organised and a proactive approach to delivering work
• Customer focused, with the ability to manage and communicate with internal stakeholders / third party vendors
• Experience of managing complex queries and stakeholder management
• A flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve our processes and ways of working
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and continuously prioritise workload to meet business need
