Job Description
As Global Conduct Risk Lead for LIBOR transition you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing inputs and deliverables for a range of LIBOR-related conduct risk management activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the assigned projects and initiatives are defined, managed, delivered and communicated effectively and efficiently. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing key conduct risk priorities, including identification of emerging risks and challenges for consideration by businesses and discussions at key conduct risk governance forums
- Maintaining oversight of business deliverables and inputs to support effective conduct risk management
- Participate in relevant working group discussions across the LIBOR program to provide inputs on key conduct risk considerations
- Coordinating inputs for regulatory requests and internal governance forum inputs relating to LIBOR transition-related conduct risk management activities
- Providing SME input and support for businesses on regulatory expectations and Citi controls and risk mitigants
Qualifications:
- Good Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry
- Good knowledge of conduct risk and conduct risk management, including key regulatory expectations
- Experience in developing conduct risk mitigants and controls
- Good understanding of Benchmark Regulatory Landscape (European Benchmark Regulation, IOSCO principles), FX Global Code of Conduct, etc;
- Experience in presentation skills and senior stakeholder management
- Experience of working globally with colleagues from different businesses and regions
- Extensive relevant experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University 2.1 degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
