JOP PURPOSE
In this role, you will be the analyst lead of the CMI PDC in global Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) team in partnering CMI BPC transformation and New Business Creation (NBC) teams reporting to CMI PDC manager. This is a unique cross division experience where you will business partner directly with senior leadership (VP & Directors). You are responsible for understanding the strategic priorities from both teams and able to adapt and embed PDC capabilities to deliver projects and drive action and impact to Unilever business. You will need to be comfortable with working in agile and entrepreneurial style with faced-pace environment.
You will need to be comfortable understanding the latest technologies and tools in the big data research and analytics space, to confidently advise the business, and explain the uses or interpretation of PDC analysis to non-technical experts. You will be responsible for the smooth management of PDC projects and will challenge the business where needed to ensure the focus is on the ‘right’ briefs which will drive value for division.
In this position you will be PDC Insight Analyst who can lead PDC projects independently from end-to-end and able to utilize existing learnings, dashboards and tools across PDC globally and commit to drive actions by partnering with senior stakeholders. You are expected to lead and work collaboratively with insight analysts from different location for cross-country briefs and manage multiple projects, simultaneously. This role is based out of London (The UK) and reports into the Global BPC CMI PDC Manager located in Singapore. On a day-to-day base, you will work closely together with the Global CMI BPC Transformation and New Business Creation teams.

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.
In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs.  These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
