The Job:
To provide an excellent reservations service to all business and leisure guests, maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service speaking both German and English,
Key responsibilities;
Working in a super Reservations department your role will be to talk to business and leisure guests with a view to booking their accommodation both internationally and across the UK. You will answer the telephones in accordance with company standards, identify customer needs and convert enquiries to bookings, dealing with queries and bookings in a polite and efficient manner and building appropriate relationships with customers and that encourage rebooking as well as proactively manage enquiries received to maximise conversion.
The Person:
Must be a fluent German Speaker with excellent English, both speaking and written skills
Previous experience in Hospitality, Customer Support either retail or contact centres
Industry advantages; travel websites, online advertising, eCommerce or additional languages; these are desirable but certainly not essential
Highly motivated and passionate, have high standards and love providing a first-class service
Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, able to learn and retain information and have great time management and organisational skills
Growth mindset, open to new ideas, embrace feedback & coaching and challenge beliefs to deliver an exceptional customer experience
