Join us as an FX eClient Services Associate

  • This is an opportunity to provide full end-to-end service coverage for all new and existing clients in our eFX business
  • We’ll look to you to onboard and support clients electronically and help them build a relationship with the bank

What you'll do

This key role will see you onboarding and supporting our clients using internal and external electronic trading platforms, while working closely with Sales and Trading and supporting and developing client relationships.

More specifically, you’ll be:

  • Onboarding clients to our Agile Markets platform, RFQ, Stream, Bench, Algos and Options
  • Onboarding clients to external platforms including 360T, Bloomberg, FXall, and to RFQ, Stream, Bench and Options
  • Providing ongoing support to Trading and Sales for internal trading applications
  • Making changes to existing client and user profiles within the ECN admin platforms
  • Working closely with Sales, Trading and Technology teams to make sure that future products are developed to meet client demands

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with knowledge of a financial markets support role in an investment banking environment. Your attention to quality and detail will be exceptional, and you’ll bring a strong client focus with an excellent telephone manner.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience of undertaking root cause analysis and process improvements
  • The ability to adapt to ever increasing and demanding situations
  • A strong team player who can promote an effective team environment
  • To be comfortable raising your opinions and adding value by questioning and probing where necessary to ensure a through and robust solution is implemented
