What you'll do:

* make sure client needs, service levels and KPIs are met

* be clients' main point of contact; supporting and guiding with the help of the wider team

* help clients to understand and choose the best 'at-need' products to meet their individual needs and budget

* lead the funeral service crew and driver colleagues on the funeral ceremony, making sure all necessary information is handed over to and understood by the care logistics team

* build a strong working relationship with funeral arrangers and directors across the area, to make sure we have consistently high levels of client service

* support funerals - conducting the ceremony and carrying the deceased when necessary

* make funeral planning appointments for clients with a 'certified colleague', and take information for pre-need queries and refer them to a 'certified colleague'

* make sure all regulated work is referred to a 'certified colleague', including colleagues in the Central Care team who support with the servicing of plans

* build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community to understand what matters to them most
