What you'll do

We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Global Video, Engineering and App department to be a part of supporting the on-going delivery of NOW, Sky's premier subscription-based OTT streaming app across multiple territories. You will be responsible for the clarification, analysis and sizing of product and technical requirements for major programmes delivering across NOW’s Mobile client platforms!

• Collaborate with the Product Teams to create and refine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria and take ownership of the 'What needs to be done'.
• Work closely with Scrum teams, Solution Architects, UX Designers, Product and Engineers to deliver against the roadmap.
• Help facilitate the delivery teams, leading estimation and backlog refinement sessions to ensure the 'right thing' gets built.
• Identify RAID concerns and lead them with the support of the project management and the wider team.
• Document requirements and solutions appropriately.
• Develop an understanding of the strategic goals of the client platforms and align product requirements in light of such strategy

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience of day-to-day agile technical analyst responsibilities (backlog refinement, planning sessions, showcases, capturing stories/cards/acceptance criteria etc.)
• A background of analysing and detailing technical requirements,
• Experience of working with Agile delivery teams
• Ability to lead workshops with various partners to clarify and articulate requirements.
• Ability to prioritise feature work in multi-project environments
• Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and handle changing priorities!
