Job Description

Toll Retail division is seeking a driven Operations Supervisor to manage and partner with our customer Coca-Cola Atmil, in our Richlands shared DC. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the transport operation, as well as managing the customers expectations by ensuring DIFOT windows are met.

Reporting to the Manager - Transport Operations CCA QLD, this role has genuine career progression pathways, and step up opportunities for those wanting to progress their career. Experience our safety obsessed culture, and our bespoke online learning and development system, Percipio. 

This role is Monday to Friday, starting at 11am to 7pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively co-ordinate all transport services by managing labour and vehicle requirements against customer volume and time needs. 
• Complete daily checks to ensure arrival and departing times are met per agreed time schedule.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the client and exceed their expectations by promoting a customer focused culture. 
• Manage all staff members ensuring all procedures, deadlines and KPIs are being met.
• Ensure safety is a priority and maintain a safe work environment for all staff and site visitors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar position, with responsibility for leading a strong safety culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of Brisbane metropolitan area.
• Experience including manual and automated – (TMS) Transport management systems or equivalent.
