• Speaking with customers to determine what work needs to be done.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to ensure that all issues have been identified and that the customer is willing to have them fixed.
• Wearing safety equipment and working in a safe manner
• Preparing cost estimates and discussing them with customers before beginning work.
• Restoring vehicles to their original or better condition by repairing, replacing, and upgrading exterior features.
• Vehicle customization based on customer preferences, as requested.
• Assuring that each vehicle is roadworthy at the end of the job.
• Returning vehicles to their rightful owners.
• Checking to ensure that issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of customers.

Job Requirements: 

• Experience as an auto body technician is required.
• Formal auto body technician training will be advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of relevant safety guidelines.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Physically fit with outstanding manual dexterity.
• Perceptive and meticulous.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• The ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

• 40 hours per week
