Job Description
What the role entails:
- Support the design and implementation of practical, effective talent solutions focused on key business outcomes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partner(s) to elevate the employee journey in support of excellence in customer service.
- Evaluate data (e.g., employee feedback, focus groups, surveys, online platforms) and develop story narratives to present findings in a simple and clear manner.
- Influence stakeholders, which includes navigating organizational ambiguity.
- Emphasis on learning and adapting to the organization’s unique business needs and culture.
- Being agile enough to identify and take advantage of quick-win opportunities while also building out long-term solutions.
Qualifications
What’s required to succeed:
- 10+ years of talent strategy and solution development experience at the enterprise level (e.g., leadership development, performance management, succession development programs).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and able to adapt and act as an influencer to rally others towards a common goal.
- Ability to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks independently in a complex environment; strong program / project management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment - valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Must have polished written and oral communication skills with experience in packaging and presenting recommendations to senior leadership that are aligned with strategic direction.
- Must have strong expertise using various tools (e.g, MS Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze data and “tell the story†in simple and compelling ways (e.g., info-graphics)
- A desire to have a tangible impact – the practice, not just the theory!
