Purpose of the role:

To contribute to the concept, design, build, evaluation and specialist support of any learning elements as required by the L&D function for the business.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions at initial scoping stage of any learning concepts
• Apply agreed design and branding principles to create any learning solutions
• Use the software creatively to produce engaging learning solutions
• Carry out robust user testing, providing feedback to the Digital Learning Design Manager and implementing any agreed improvements
• Undertake general duties to support the L&D team as required
• Monitors the feedback and customer experience of the learning solutions, providing a first-class service and collates suggested improvements for the Digital Learning Design Manager, taking any action where required

Key Accountabilities:

• Communicates effectively with all customers in the group
• Actively sells the benefits of digital learning to all customers
• Take all necessary action to provide a fast and efficient service
• Work within the industry standard of 37hrs build for 1hr for new creative content
• Accurately use all software to produce a high standard of learning solution making sure service levels are provided within agreed timelines
• Keeps up to date with group operational processes to make sure accurate content is provided
