The Job

In this permanent, full-time, remote job, we will trust you to drive the successful delivery of an international clinical operations team´s  from a quality, timeline, budget and scope perspective.

On a typical day, you will:

Take care of your team

You will directly oversee an internationally-dispersed Clinical Operations Study Team, vendors and other departments involved in your study. We expect that you will:

• Look for and capitalize on opportunities to motivate, reward, and celebrate successful team performance.
• Support career development of CRAs/IHCRAs by mentoring and coaching
• Promote work in compliance with SOPs, Study Plans, Manuals and tools.

Guide effective cross-functional team work

• Drive relationship-building across study teams, enabling bridges to ensure project deliverables are coordinated and met on time.
• Quickly identifying potential sources of issues (e.g., with patient recruitment and retention, monitoring visit strategy or SDV) and develop preventive solutions

Support your client

• Establish working relationships with our clients and stakeholders to increase repeat business.
• Present with confidence and convincing knowledge protocol and study related procedures during client meetings, prior and post award

Monitor Project Finances

• Monitor clinical project scope, schedule and costs to ensure all remain on track with the contract and with financial performance targets.

Success would also mean you have contributed to devising innovative patient engagement and site management solutions for your study.

These are essential jobs for our expansion in EMEA, this is why we are mainly interested in profiles of candidates who:

Required:

• Have been fully working as a Clinical Team Lead, Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Team Manager or equivalent for at least 2 years

• Are competent in overseeing international Clinical Operations teams at Phase I-III studies, or interventional Ph IV trials. Shinning to inspire and guide geographically dispersed project teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, meeting core metrics and milestones.

• Able to guide and support client´s expectations to deliver study targets on time

Ideally, you have gained that international team overseeing experience on a CRO environment.
