Your Role

• Support the creation of a plan to implement the change in your area
• Working with business SMEs to support and report on any change management projects
• Capture the change impacts on our colleagues from a process/behaviour and people perspective
• Understand the learning needs from across the business by your area by working with the functional teams to establish capability gaps
• Support the implementation of the change strategy in your area, by developing communication and engagement materials for your area covering training, pre-Go-Live, cut-over, transition states and post Go Live hyper care package.
• Supports the wider change team on events and logistics planning

 About You

• Ability to build strong working relationships by sharing a vision and bringing people on a journey
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritise in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
