The Community Mobilizer serves as police ambassadors embedded within the community. The position promotes two-way engagement and planning to support improved police service designs to marginalized and visible minority communities. This position also works with communities at grassroots level to help foster and build trust and relationships and access to services though breaking down barriers and perceptions.
