Job Description
Your Role
- Owning and managing overall project plans (timescales, budgets/finances, resources, governance)
- Working with third parties and internal tech and business teams to ensure on time , high quality delivery
- Overall responsibility for project artefacts (risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, RACI, decisions logs)
- Responsible for official status reporting and ensuring the Senior Programme Manager, Tower Lead and other key stakeholders receive regular updates on progress
- You will identify, communicate and resolve risks, concerns, issues, and dependency blockers, initiating appropriate escalation to the Senior Programme Manager where required
- Liaising/coordinating with other project teams to manage interdependencies, align on timescales and coordinate resources
About You
- You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of project delivery, utilising methodologies such as Waterfall & Agile into challenging, complex, ambiguous, and fast paced Retail environments.
- You will have experience of managing cross functional resource and motivating diverse teams.
- You will have experience of Microsoft Project, and creating and maintaining project plans
- You will have Retail project delivery or transformation experience.
- You'll have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and will be experienced in managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.
