Being part of the Active Cosmetics Division will give you direct influence in achieving our mission: to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin.

We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.

You will

•        Execute a structured salon contact strategy including a logical journey plan, ensuring that all existing and prospect customers are connected with on a monthly basis

•        Execute the regional conquest strategy to win targeted doors adopting a sustainable approach to ongoing business development with the new salon partners. 50% of customer contact should be focused on conquest to increase net door

•        Integrate the e-visit strategy and the blended selling strategy of O+O with your salons 

•        Establish and implement business plans and solutions and carrying out regular business reviews, identifying client needs

•        Promote and leverage all the business support available including L'Oréal Partner shop, Salon Emotion and Access in existing and new doors

•        Establish and deliver education plans and provide in-salon training in partnership with Education teams 

•        Originate, agree and implement promotional and marketing activity designed to generate sales growth and meet brand objectives with a critical focus on a sell-out approach for the salon partner

•        Identify opportunities for increasing business through salon and stylist centricity

•        Accurately forecast territory turnover and build comprehensive risk plans in the event of short forecast Vs target  

You are

·       Self motivated and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise your time in the field to achieve your KPI’s

·       Passionate about the Aesthetics industry and are always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation

·       Inspirational, driven and possess a hunter mentality to exceed your goals

·       Highly experienced in field management and relish the freedom of working remotely

·       Confident at speaking with medical accounts, Doctors, Plastic Surgeon’s and Dermatologist

·       A natural relationship builder and keen educator

·       A team player who acts with human sensitivity and ethics

You have

·       A strong network of medical contacts within private clinics

·       A proven sales record backed up by industry recognition and awards

·       Experience working in the Aesthetics Industry and/or Dermatology

·       Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills

·       A passion for educating others

·       The ability to listen and interact effectively with different interpersonal styles, communicating clearly and concisely
