Act as the subject matter expert and Consultant on matters regarding Cloud Technology candidate markets, and competitive intelligence.
Attend networking events where you’ll engage with technical talent nationally and expand your network for sourcing activities.
Partner with the technical talent in our organization to fully understand their needs, ensuring we are attracting the top talent in the industry.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders (client groups, HR, industry sector leaders) providing information y on the progress of searches and valuable market insights.
Develop comprehensive talent maps and pipelines, via best in class direct sourcing and candidate generation techniques incorporating an inclusive and diverse approach
Identifying and attracting passive technical senior-level talent in the Cloud space including Cloud Engineers with a focus on AWS, Azure and GCP, across various recruitment platforms
Fostering relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
Establishing a strong network of potential technical candidates across various industries and competency areas via networking, market research and relationship management
Sharing data-driven market expertise with your clients on the current talent landscape using data from Talent Insights reports to inform recommendations and client conversations
Collaborate with Partners/Directors and/or Managers to confirm appropriate approvals are in place, create requisitions and validate job descriptions to ensure the role is marketed to attract top talent.
Growing and maintaining a tracking system to provide metrics on the success of sourcing initiatives
Attending daily virtual team huddles to discuss metrics, daily wellness, successes, challenges, team communications and capacity
Participating in problem solving sessions while bringing a point of view to all interactions with clients and the Talent Acquisition team

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
A natural curiosity and outstanding research skills that allow you to identify the skilled talent we require to reach our growth plans.
Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting passive technical talent with a focus on Cloud Technologies including but not limited to AWS, Azure and GPC.
Strong experience sourcing technical talent in a highly competitive market
Demonstrated expertise in creatively sourcing diverse (including gender, racialized and indigenous) candidates for senior hires
Strong headhunting and candidate networking background coupled with success in the use of social media as a recruitment tool
Expertise in using Boolean logic, xray searching and other creative sourcing methods to identify strong technical candidates.
Comprehensive understanding of the national and local sourcing market and staying close to market changes
Fluent in French and English
Excellent competency and skill set based interviewing skills
Confidence to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable operating with a customer centric mindset and strong sense of urgency
Ability to learn quickly and deal with competing activities/tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure
