Cast is a professional arts organisation in the heart of Doncaster, based in a twin auditoria theatre venue and presenting performance throughout the year. We are seeking a lighting designer, preferably with experience of working in small spaces with digital animations to join our creative team on Wish, a 20-minute performance for babies ages up to 18 months.

You will need to be available for one day in R&D, and all days at the end of the rehearsal period including tech/dress and opening day (November 29th - December 2nd)

Essential dates 1 day in week of October 18th - 22nd 2021 R&D

November 30th - December 1st December Rehearsals,

Dec 2nd - First performance day

Fee:

• £150 for R&D day
• £650.00 for design and rehearsal days (Plus travel if traveling over 30 miles)
• £800.00 total fee.

If you are required to attend on any other days in the R&D or rehearsal periods, we will negotiate an additional fee.

Cast is looking for a lighting designer with some or all of the following experience and skills:

• Experience of working with digital animations, immersively and/or in very small spaces.
• At least 1 years’ professional experience in small scale theatre
• A base in Yorkshire preferred
