Having been on the Zero-to-One journey with a few teams, we’ve experienced that design is central to everything in the company. You will lead the end-to-end design process to help us redefine virtual buyer-seller interactions.

The future of sales demands new tools and workflows, especially around video meetings. ..

• Customer acquisition is more straightforward when the value proposition and onboarding flows are well thought-through.
• User retention is a lot higher when customers quickly master the product and finish their job-to-be-done without unnecessary clicks and frustration.
• Product-market fit is quicker to find when a great designer is constantly speaking to users, distilling their problems, and exploring creative ways to solve them. 

What kind of team will I be joining? 👀

We're less than 20 people, and we're pre-launch. That means everyone here has a huge influence on our product, and the team. We're still forming and that means every day we cultivate good will and trust. We create growth opportunities for each-other, we challenge each-other, and we own really cool problem spaces...

...We also get it wrong together, fall flat often, question ourselves. And when the doubt sets in we sometimes have to remind ourselves of how far we have come, and not just how far we have left to go.

We do this all, publicly. We build in public, we share with our communities as much and as often as we can. We want to be a real, living, breathing case study for our community, future founders, and technology company's.

Who are you? 🦄

You're vocal, opinionated, and care deeply about design values and are ready to challenge an establishment. You have cultivated a design philosophy, and listening to users is a big part of it. You're experienced enough to lead this end-to-end with a founding team. You have advanced prototyping skills and you have a portfolio to back it up.

The offer 💰

• $160k – $200k • 0.2% – 0.5% (salary based on location, and has been advertised with the US & UK in mind, talk to us to learn more about how we calculate our compensation)
