At Tickitto we are democratising access to the world’s best events and experiences. We have created a global B2B marketplace that allows consumer brands to offer tickets to live events and cultural experiences. Our clients will be based around the world and we are targeting the largest consumer platforms.

We are now ready to scale up our operations after closing our seed round and are expanding our team to make sure we can deliver excellence to our clients.  

We’re a remote-first company, so you’ll need to love working from home. If you need a busy, office with lots of people around you to do your best work, this probably isn’t right for you).

Your day-to-day accountabilities as the new Founder Associate include: 

• Opportunity to work directly with the CEO to help make high-impact decisions across the company.
• You'll take on big questions with little direction. For example: What’s the biggest lever we can pull to reduce customer churn rate? How do we improve our employee engagement with our remote-first team? Which product feature/s should we prioritise?
• Doing pivotal ad-hoc tasks including preparing for board meetings, facilitating company All-Hands meetings and Town Halls, planning the best company retreats possible, etc.
• A great role for anyone thinking of one day starting their own company, or moving further into a product/operations/strategy role.

We think you’ll have lots of the following experience, skills and personality traits to thrive in this role as our new Founder Associate:

• At least 2 years of experience in a product, operations, or strategy consulting role.
• You’re a fast learner.
• Keen and able to up-skill on pretty much anything quickly.
• You're good with Excel/Sheets (a 2-year financial model is a cinch for you!)
• Your PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides skills are better than most. 
• You’re entrepreneurial; you’re always looking to do things better and faster.
• You spot opportunities to support and aren’t afraid to dive in; proactive is your middle name.
• You're good at getting the most out of other people and also identifying then providing support where needed.
