A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Proposals Development team supports PwC’s consulting teams in marketing and sales proposals. You’ll support the writing and editing process for proposals, thought leadership initiatives, sector specific leadership agendas and other marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the National FleX Operations Leader in Ottawa in support of the Public Sector business within Consulting & Deals, the Contract and FleX Operations Support Administrator is part of the FleX and Public Sector Bid team. Responsible for providing support to the Federal government business and FleX recruiting team with the coordination and management of contracts, daily operations specific to consulting industries, while maintaining strong working relationships with Client Service, and specific industry sector leaders.

What you’ll create and do

At the Administrative level, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform security verifications and duplications and maintain security records

Responsible for performing and maintaining the VCR security process for specific client accounts

Responsible for the maintenance of the FleX exemption log and documentation

Responsible for the maintenance of the Pricing Analytics tool

Collaborate and work with colleagues to maintain all contract SAVE IT files

Monitor and maintain the Proposal mailbox during the absence of the Contract Administrator

Create grid templates for active contracts during the absence of the Contract administrator

Lead the Deals in-take calls for Federal government on a rotational basis

Work with the FleX Recruiters to prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and LinkedIn

Assist with the Onboarding of new Contractors in order to become fully integrated, during the absence of the FleX Administrative assistant

Participate in the development and maintenance of the team Daily Hub page

Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team

Promote PwC reputation and brand

Must be eligible for an Enhanced security clearance

Experience in an administrative role, with specific experience working with Excel spreadsheets, Google based documents and ability to learn new technologies as required

Demonstrate success in organizing and maintaining various records and processes

Experience and understanding of the Public Sector RFP, TA, proposal, contract renewal and procurement process

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to support multiple clients and manage shifting priorities

Knowledge of various social media tools such as LinkedIn

Proven track record in customer service

Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership

Team player with a high sense of urgency

Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure
