Job Description

Approximately 30 hours per week for (we think) a 3-month contract, you will be surveying all of our commercial property portfolio with a view to providing us with new survey plans for all areas.  These will need to be in line with Property Council of NZ guidelines.

You will need to be a confident user of Auto-CAD or Archi-CAD.  You will need to have your own laptop, the required software to complete the survey plans for us (Auto-CAD or Archi-CAD) and your own transport.  We can provide car parking at all of our sites.

Our office is based in the Auckland CBD where you can hot desk if you need to, along with a car park while you are in the building.  The majority of our portfolio is in South Auckland (predominantly Penrose, Wiri, Mangere and Airport) and we have two sites in Avondale.

You will also need to be double-vaccinated as many of our tenants require that to go on site.  We will provide you with masks and any other PPE that is required.
