As a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Workforce of the Future team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engagement Delivery
Working directly with our financial services clients to support engagement delivery - from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client’s goals in mind;
Demonstrating ownership through the delivery of specific workstreams on projects supported by high quality work and client service;
Designing and implementing change management strategies for technology driven change programs and bringing creative solutions to enable business readiness and adoption;
Helping clients get the most out of their employees, by unlocking productivity and realizing potential through the creation of high performing, operationally proficient teams;
Developing innovative workforce strategies that build engaged, enabled and agile workforces that reflect the uniqueness of each organization, grounded in analysis and data-driven insights;
Designing operating models and organizational structures for clients as they transform (e.g. digitization, merger and acquisition, organization restructuring etc);
Assessing an organization's culture and to develop strategies that enable a culture that drives engagement, productivity and innovation;
Developing new relationships with clients and building collaborative relationships with the team;
Believing in the value created by diverse teams and can adapt to a variety of working styles;
Approaching new projects with an open mind;
Analyzing complex ideas and building a range of meaningful recommendations;
Communicating complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences; and
Learning from mistakes and asking for help when needed.
PwC Internal Delivery
Keep up to date with developments in Change Management, Operational Excellence, Talent Management and Organizational Design in Financial Services; and
Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development, including innovative approaches and methodologies;
Contribute to the development of thought leadership for the Workforce of the Future community, nationally and globally as part of our network;
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
What you’ll bring to this role

Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, MBA or comparable experience;
Prior professional services experience is an asset
Proficiency in English. French would be a bonus.
