Role purpose:
Manage monthly reporting into Group (Automotive) and Revenue Reporting into VUK
Analysis of financial results particular attention on variance analysis and to ensure cost management control, providing management with information for more accurate decision making.
Manage business plan realisation, contribute to business process improvements and strategic decisions, forecasting and budgeting activities and ensuring constant monitoring of them.
Provide business partnering and support to all areas of the business in performance reporting, pricing, tenders, and market analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with sales team and commercial department to define the medium/long term objectives inline with strategice objectives of the business
• Partnering with key departments to obtain up to date informative data required by the business
• Ensure accurate reporting to support strategic decision making
• Drive optimisation in financial processes to align with other Automotive countries,
• Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with heads of departments and Group initiatives, ensuring efficiency and governance in VAUK
• Drive cost control and revenue assurance to find opportunities of improvement
• Facilitate and control monthly reporting
• Support management with financial analysis, insight and recommendation
• Participate with ad hoc projects
• Coordinate all business forecasting across all areas and departments (Stock/Logistics, Sales, Installations, Purchasing)
• Pricing approvals outside group commercial team remit
• Management and administration of pricing inline with commercial agreements, revenue assurance optimising commercial clauses
• Coordination of customer billing inline with Agreements, revised pricing, renewal changes, failure to meet service credits, intercompany relationships (cross charging)
• Provide support to the wider business Group Gommercial and Finance teams, Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Country Manager & Snr. Finance Manager
• Provide support to the IOT Commercial team on new bids and tenders
Requirements:
• Professional Accounting Qualification CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Post qualification experience
• Numerate, with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good management and organisational abilities, particularly in the fields of managing change.
• Excellent inter-personal and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to connect business event with financial data and report accordingly.
• The ability to challenge and interrogate to ensure accuracy
• Ability to manage and develop Staff
• IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) knowledge
• Professional Accounting Qualification CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Post qualification experience
