Our client in Toronto is a leading Financial Institution seeking a Financial Consultant (6-month contract).

The Financial Reconciliation team is responsible for developing, managing and executing the centralized financial reconciliation process within the Financial Institution.

Highly flexible work environment. 100% remote (work-from-home).

The Financial Consultant will assist the client with deep reconciliation work in the commercial loan area.

Requirements

Must haves:

• 3+ years of experience from Financial institution industry
• Related experience in accounting and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS
• Completion of a professional designation/degree (CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, problem solve, handle high volumes and prioritize workload, while working independently
• Self starter, accountable and reliable to run with things on their own
