Job Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Managers in preparing and reviewing monthly, half yearly  and annual accounts of DP World Group’s consolidated accounts.
• Coordinate with various subsidiaries & joint-ventures of DP World to receive timely and accurate financial information.


• Support the Group Finance team in various ad-hoc analysis and preparation of ad-hoc reports.


• Work with Group Auditors to provide supporting schedules and financial information in a timely manner.
• Prepare statutory financial statements of various holding companies based in Dubai and other jurisdictions.
• Assist in System implementations and upgrades.
• Prepare various accounts reconciliations such as Bank Reconciliations, Inter-company reconciliations etc.
• Assist in the preparation of Accounting Policies.
• Assist in the financial reviews and documentation of such reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work within strict time-lines and under pressure.
• Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant is a must


• Prior training or experience in Big 4 auditing firm is a must. (e.g. KPMG, PWC, EY, Deloitte)


• A self-starter with a professional attitude and a desire to take responsibility to see all tasks through to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems such as Oracle Financials and Hyperion is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards
