Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience in management consulting, real estate, investment banking, finance, or similar environment

Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and/or project management

Preferred qualifications:

Experience at a high-growth multinational organization, in management consulting, real estate, investment banking, finance, or similar environment

Experience with process improvement

Ability to take initiative and work in ambiguous environments

Ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to influence executive leadership

Ability to design and build business performance and financial management dashboards.

Excellent communication and data visualization skills.

Our Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Finance team partners with REWS teams across regions, helping them operate our building, make investment decisions, plan, forecast, and manage operating and capital expenses.

In this role, you will help makes financial decisions. Your work is used by our leaders to make strategic decisions. You will stay up-to-date with the latest economic and industry trends and apply knowledge around rates of return and investment performance to projects.

You will work with the Real Estate team to plan, manage, analyze, and make investment decisions to support Googlers around the world.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Real Estate team to evaluate building design and operating opportunities, helping maximize productivity of key investments. Present recommendations to executive level audiences.

Manage budgets, including approvals and process improvements.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting leveraging Google’s data infrastructure and technical tools (e.g., dashboards, SQL, SAP, etc.).

Drive analysis to provide insight and recommendations that inform business decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate team, finance, business operations, accounting, and engineering to deliver strategic projects.
