HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Forecast Spend Analysis â€“ In this role you’ll have a firm focus on brand building forecasts and spend analysis. You’ll use these insights to ensure your brand managers stay on target. We’re looking for someone with attention to detail and the courage to ask questions – we want it to bring out the tiger in you!
• Partnerships, Profits, Plans, and Process â€“ We believe in collaboration! In a consultative capacity, you’ll interact with marketing brand managers to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved, by monitoring and reporting on key financial and non-financial performance indicators. We’re looking for you to deliver and integrate plans for executional excellence as well as develop financial analysis, insights, and solutions.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Projects â€“ It’s about having an Owner’s Mindset. You’ll be managing the execution and completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics.
• Be Proactive â€“ As a key part of the category finance team, you’ll recommend updates to the budget and forecast and help identify ways to close gaps and meet challenges. You’ll also review and translate assumptions to financial budget/forecast for review by management, in addition to ensuring accurate monthly financial closing/reporting, submission of results, and reviews with marketing leadership. Two scoops of collaboration and strong communication will be key ingredients to your success!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant related work experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
• Practical experience understanding the link between business issues and P&L/Cash Flow

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems
• Pivots and large data manipulation ability a plus
• Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financial planning systems
• Cost center/ION management experience is a plus!
