Are you looking to develop your existing skills as a Financial Accountant within an organisation that offers great versatility and culture?

Randstad are currently working closely with a large organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be quite varied and include a mixture of end-to end accounting processes whilst also supporting the wider finance function to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Completion of month & year end processing as well as ad hoc duties as required.
• Assist in the annual impairment review of fixed assets.
• Liaison with external Auditors during the Audit process.
• Reconcile the fixed asset register with the general ledger and other business unit systems, dealing with reconciling items.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for all relevant processes and procedures is up to date including understanding of end-to-end accounting processes

Key Requirements:

• Financial Accounting/ Audit background
• CA Qualified and relevant education
• Strong understanding of NZ Accounting standards
