Reporting into the Finance Manager you will help create a best in class finance function to help the company scale in an efficient and effective way. Your role will be integral in developing controls, and processes whilst continuously evolving the foundations of the finance function to provide the best support available to the business to help facilitate their exceptional growth and expansion!

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day to day finance operations such as cash flow, payments, payroll and profit and loss for the main trading UK entity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and rules within tax, VAT and transfer pricing.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting pack.
• Liaise with external auditors and being the main point of contact for the annual statutory audit.
• Support various process improvement projects and strategic initiatives including the implementation of a new management tool.
• Assist with group/consolidation accounting

Candidate Requirements:

• Newly qualified ACA accountant (ideally Big 4) looking to make their first move into industry.
• Graduate with excellent academics (2:1 or above)
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication skills being comfortable working with teams across the business
• Experience in using Excel (e.g., sum, if, pivots, lookups)
• Self-starter, able to design and implement new processes, not just work within existing ones
