Job Description

Toll Global Express has a maternity leave 12 month vacancy, and we are searching for a Financial Accountant to commence immediately. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager some of your responsibilities will be:

Ensure that financial reports in relation to weekly and monthly reporting are prepared in an accurate and timely manner (P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI’s etc.)

Analyse and investigate the weekly financial results and variances to budget

Provide commentary on the weekly financial results

Co-operate with and assist external and internal auditors as required

Prepare special financial reports and cost statements as required, including taxation and statutory reports.

 Qualifications

Ideally, you have an Accounting/Commerce degree qualification, along with a Post Qualification -CPA/CA

Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a FMCG/ Manufacturing /Logistics environment

Experience working in a medium to large business

Knowledge using large ERP systems e.g.: Oracle or equivalent system &

Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
