The role’s duties & responsibilities:

• Providing unit pricing specific technical and system expertise to a wide range of change initiatives
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment in the team, ensuring risk awareness and understanding
• Establish and implement the systems strategy for investment operations which takes account of the changing operational, business, and technological landscape
• Maintain a clear picture of the change pipeline and the demands this puts on resources in own team as well as the wider unit pricing function
• Develop skills and capability within the team to meet the future needs of the business

Skills & experiences required:

• Strong ability to influence and communicate with key business partners
• Educated to Degree/equivalent, or similar broad-based qualification
• Experience of managing a team in a similar role would be advantageous
• Knowledge of unit pricing operations and Insurance or investment products is preferable
