Job Description

We are growing the business rapidly and establishing a mixture of people and strategy initiatives. Due to this rapid expansion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Program Manager to lead business projects and integration efforts across multiple business units running complex projects.

This role will see you bring your strong commercial and organisation skills to effectively work across multiple finance entities and also the Executive team. The key focus will be across various work streams to achieve business integration and change objectives, reducing risk in business transition and extracting value. Not for the faint hearted you will need to think on your feet and will be a linchpin to ensuring strong visibility of progress and delivery.

Reporting to the Director, Shared Services, some of your other responsibilities will include.

• Provide program integration expertise across all functions within finance & shared services and corporate governance
• Development of program strategies including a fit-for-purpose approach for each program effort
• Stakeholder management including regular and effective communication and operating rhythm developed to deliver targeted benefits
• Act as the primary day-to-day interface between senior executives, functional leads and Project Managers and Delivery partners
• Develop appropriate governance structures for the acquired programs
• Contribute to the business case development for each program stream, including growth synergies and value creation plans.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will possess.

• High level of commercial acumen together with strong Project Management and organisation skills
• Exposure to Program management potentially in a Business restructuring or M&A or Divestment landscape
• Understanding and appreciation of high-volume Transactional Accounting and improvement projects and the approaches to optimise value for business stakeholders.
• Exposure to modernising through innovation Finance functions processes & platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong change management skills and ability to act as a change agent across all stakeholder groups
• Track record of delivery of complex programmes of work across large organisations.
