An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our Harrods team. The purpose of this role is to perform Accounts payable Invoice Matching/Reconciliation/Payments/Bank details approvals and resolving supplier accounts queries.

You would provide couriers and freight forwarders with customs clearance/applying for import cites licences/approving vendor orders and will also be trained to cover the Data entry and Accounts Receivable duties to raise invoices, reconciling GL accounts, debt collection and payment allocation.

Requirements

• Basic Bookkeeping / Imports / Shipping knowledge, more desirable then essential

• Good PC literacy (word, excel and preferably SAP)

• Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal and external parties.

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task

• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.

• Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
