Holmesglen Institute is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Manager to provide strategic leadership, and operational management of the Finance department and efficiently and effectively manage allocated human, physical and financial resources to ensure service standards are met.
In this position you will manage a high performing team responsible for processing and maintaining a high level of financial controls across all key financial and payroll functions and processes.
You will also be responsible for the Institute’s annual financial statement preparation, internal and external audit interface, compliance with relevant taxation requirements and banking and investment requirements in accordance with Institute policy and Executive and Board delegations.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Finance Manager of a complex organisation including leading digital initiatives and system improvements. Experience in the education sector would be considered favourably.
Salary: $150,000 gross per annum (pro-rata) + super + annual leave loading
Time Fraction: Full time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment with a qualifying period.
