A Non for Profit client of ours is looking to add a Finance Manager to their fast growing team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the functions of the Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll

-Update training materials and departmental procedures as needed

-Prepare internal financial statements by gathering and analyzing information

-Prepare general ledger entries and reconciliation

-As required answer queries and complaints from vendors

-Review and investigate invoices

-Payroll support as required

-Revenue Postings/Analysis and Variance Reporting

-Establishment of procedures and processes

-Lead and participate in the month audit process

-Contributions to special projects as they arise

Requirements

Qualifications:

-Post-secondary degree in business or accounting or enrolled in the CPA program is considered an asset

-Bilingualism would be an asset

-3+ years of experience in a similar role

-Excellent computer skills, in particular use of Excel and Microsoft Dynamics GP

-Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with staff and other functional groups
