We are currently partnering with a market leading Tech services company in their search for a Finance Manager. Based in Bedford, the role is great for a well-rounded and self-motivated individual who looks forward to working in a vibrant work culture.

This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you will do

• Ensure all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reports meet the deadlines
• Maintain management accounts, and controlling them to improve quality
• Managing a team of 3
• Contribute to implementation of best practice and any process or system improvements
• Providing support and guidance to non-finance teams and ad-hoc finance business partnering with key stakeholders and operations
• Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ongoing balance sheet control and supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Key Skills and Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA or equivalent)
• Confident working with and advising senior management
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
• Advanced level of Excel
