Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience in a relevant financial role (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or media).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the advertising industry and/or understanding of brand marketing.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages.
• Experience leading projects and creating insights to influence key stakeholders.
• Experience effectively partnering with business, and operations colleagues.
• Ability to be organized, detail oriented, and strategically focused while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance/analytical projects to develop insights and recommendations that advance our mission and knowledge of the market.
• Navigate metrics that indicate advertiser and peer performance; Analyze and draw insights to shed light on risks and opportunities in our global advertiser business and provide recommendations for sales strategies that will drive incremental growth.
• Drive business decisions through creation and implementation of reporting frameworks that measure the implementation and success of such recommended strategies.  
• Support executive leadership with credible communication of actionable insights, backed by analytical data.
• Drive core finance processes for the business and partner with finance and business colleagues to make processes more efficient and effective.
