My client is seeking a new Finance Business Partner to provide financial business advice, management information and services to decision makers for the efficient and effective planning, allocation, and utilisation of resources to meet organisational goals. This includes budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, strategic and operational financial planning advice, advice on fund management, and advice on the development and review business proposals and cases. They will also help build business and financial management capability internally and contribute to the development of sound financial policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified or working towards.
• Experience in a large government department.
• Delivers a high level of service to a high quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• A sound understanding of tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.

 
You must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain and maintain an appropriate NZ Government Security clearance.
