Some More Information About The Role

You'll be working closely with your key internal stakeholders to help them manage their business. They are trie industry leaders and as a result leadership wants them to focus on delivering their projects, so they really need support in running each business units.

You will be responsible for helping your stakeholders to manage their financials but also help them understand other KPIs and wider drivers to help them make informed decisions, improve productivity, profitability, and the quality of the work that they provide to their clients. This is the type of opportunity which will suit an excellent communicator who isn't afraid to challenge those around them.

So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

You'll be a natural communicator, whose passion lies in the commercial side of accounting. You'll never be at your desk as you'll be spending time getting to know the business. You'll have an understanding of other commercial drivers outside of core finance and how they can affect business results and drive business performance. Experience in a project-focused environment would be a bonus. You'll be able to influence people at all levels and will be comfortable pushing back and challenging stakeholders when needed. Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified and you will really need to have a few years commercial experience under your belt.
