We are currently working with a well known organisation as they look for a Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial advice in order to improve key decisions support to senior stakeholders.

You will have a proven Senior Management Accounting/Business Partnering background, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst building rapport with a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for monitoring revenue and expenditure against budget and forecast, alongside variance analysis and coordination of revenue, expenditure and capital budget and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting, with the end user in mind whilst following best practise.
• Understand and advise on business impacts on expenditure and revenue in order to ensure effective and efficient use of resources across the organisation.
• Develop and build key relationships with managers across the business, influencing decision making and providing strategic advice in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide modelling and financial analysis expertise to support service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• CA, CPA Qualification or equivalent
• Proven Management Accounting/Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation
• Ability to build relationships and influence a range of audiences
