Job Summary

We are looking for an independent, experienced Finance Assistant to help further the continued development of our business. You will be in charge of helping to ensure debtors flow in, reporting and verifying payments for our team

Job Responsibilities 

As the Finance Assistant, it is down to you to work with the Finance Director to keep the day-to-day flow of payments 

• Verifying invoices and payments
• Preparing invoices and sending invoices to clients
• Following our friendly, tried and tested credit control process to keep the payments coming in
• Answering questions on invoices
• Preparing the financial reports

Qualities we are looking for

• Someone who is analytical and detail-focused
• Experience in finance support services ideal
• As a remote team we need someone who's excellent at giving written communication and keeping the rest of the team in the loop
• Someone who is able to embrace change and continuous improvement 
• An excellent work ethic and can work quickly to a high degree of accuracy 
• Fanatical about improving the customer's experience

As a remote working team, we acknowledge that working from home is different to working in an office.As such, previous experience with remote working is preferred, but not essential.
