Finance Analyst

The Role:

The candidate would support and interact with various finance teams and business partners across the organization. They would also provide planning strategies and forecasting activities to predict quarterly spending. Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment is a plus!

The Person:

The person that would be successful in this role would need strong communication skills. Know how to be great teammate, result driven, self-motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• FP&A support of current quarter, current year, and long-range plan P&L planning & forecasting activities
• OPEX support by working closely with various finance teams as business partner to support functional expense budgeting and forecasting activities, analysis of expenses and ensure quarterly spending within budget
• Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, projects as required

Preferred Experience:

• The candidate must be highly organized, have a natural drive for results, be able to work on multiple projects / analysis at the same time that vary widely in scope, size, and type (assigned projects require the individual to, develop assumptions, capturer data, build models, and analyze data).
• Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
• Demonstrated computer proficiency. Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Office applications) required. Can quickly and accurately manipulate large amounts of data.
• Understanding of financial documents and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and intuition for business

Academic Credentials:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
