Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in financial planning and modeling within the payments or technology industry
• Experience in analytical and data environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience effectively partnering with technical, business, and operational stakeholders
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
• Ability to communicate with executive management
• Familiarity with Google tools, data infrastructure, and SQL

The Northern Europe region of the Business Finance team supports the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team working with customers to make them successful across Search, Display and Video 360, and YouTube. Our team provides Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support to LCS. Our work is integral to the operations and strategic decision-making of the business. We identify business growth drivers, forecast future performance, and provide recommendations for resource allocation and investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executives with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of business growth, market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial results and key performance metrics on a periodic basis to support decision making.
• Provide support for day-to-day operational decisions and macro-level project decisions through financial analysis.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business and own reporting and analysis to track performance.
• Build and maintain long-term financial models to understand the viability of projects, analyze expected returns, and support long-term resource allocation.
