As an accounts receivable administartor you will be responsible for processing high volume invoices and some credit control. You will support the wider finance funstion and have a varied and exciting role.

About the role:

• Banking reconciliations and providing support to Administrators
• Processing of accounts receivables in bank reconciliations in accounting system and management system
• Following up and managing held payments
• Sending of daily, weekly and monthly reports to clinic Administrators advising of billing and invoicing items that need to be updated, completed or sent
• Using Initiative and a problem solving approach

About you

• Accounts receivable experience
• A pragmatic approach
• Ability to use own initiative
• Strong analytical skills
• Reconciliations experience
