Great opportunity with an exceptional client based in the Langley area. We are looking for a Finance Administrator. If you have a great attitude, enjoy a fast-paced environment this could be a great opportunity for you!
Duties Include but are not limited to:
1) Professional and pleasant telephone reception;
2) Prefilling Investment/Trade documents with accuracy;
3) Preparing professional letters and correspondence with shareholders;
4) Setting up a regular follow-ups to ensure that packages are returned by shareholders;
5) Confirming receipt of all received packages and acknowledging all client inquiries or questions;
6) Reviewing packages to ensure that all requirements are received in good order;
7) Processing transactions daily
8) Following up regularly on all transactions, non-financial updates, transfers, etc.
9) Investigating and resolving any shareholder account issues in a courteous and timely manner;
10) Scanning and filing all documents and correspondence;
11) Marketing Material Inventory Management;
12) Putting together information packages for distribution;
13) Running internal reports and preparing mail outs or emails to notify shareholders of required action on accounts (ie. Annual RIF Withdrawals, KYC);
14) General Office Duties – Sending and picking up mail, arranging couriers, reviewing courier billing for accuracy, distributing mail and courier received to the team, ordering all office supplies, greeting walk-ins, and assisting as needed.
Requirements
Must Haves:
1) Experienced and established in a previous professional office environment; Finance or Banking industry a major asset
2) A genuine willingness to lend a hand and to take initiative to do so;
3) A professional, courteous and friendly demeanor in person and over the telephone;
4) Excellent attention to detail
